Returns Policy

There are a number of circumstances when you may wish to cancel and/or return goods ordered. Should you find that an order placed is unsuitable for your requirements, the Company will provide you with a full refund for any UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) returned to us within 60 days of purchase.

To submit a return request:

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the item(s) that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Submit request.

Once your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

We will provide a full refund for these item(s) once received in original condition, excluding any carriage charges that may have been incurred when initially dispatching the order. The Company accepts no responsibility for damage that is incurred in transit when returning goods, or for goods that are lost in transit.

Should you require the goods to be collected by us in order for their return, the cost of this will be incurred by you.
