Name, address, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and credit/debit card details. This is the only information we collect and hold which allows the identification of a specific individual, and that information is used solely by us to process your order.

Who else do we give your information to?
In order for your goods to be delivered, we have to pass on certain details to our delivery agents. This would only be name, address, telephone number, email address and delivery address.
We do not pass on, or sell any information to any third parties for any reason (The only exception would be if we were required by law to provide personal information.)
Card details: are they safe?
We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest level of security of your card details when you submit them to us. The Secure Server is indicated by the https:// address in your browser address line, and by the Padlock Symbol which should appear at the bottom of your browser page. This means that the card detail information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by someone else.
We do not invade your privacy by sending unsolicited emails to any address you may have given us as a result of using our website. We do not pass on that information for others to send you emails either. We will use your supplied email address to confirm your order, keep you updated with the progress of your order, inform you of order dispatch details, and also to contact you if we have any problems with your order.
If you opted "in" to our email Update and Newsletter Service by providing your name and email address, then you may receive emails from us as a result. These emails may also ask if you would provide other personal information from time to time as a means of us gathering information to enhance the site or product range. Providing such information is purely voluntary on your part, and at any time you can remove yourself from our mailing list. None of the information gathered is sold onto, traded with, or given to any third parties.
Cookies are small information files which our system places on your computer hard drive when you do certain things on our website. Placing items in the shopping basket will result in a cookie being placed, so that we can keep track of your order whilst you are shopping. At the checkout stage we use another cookie containing your customer number which we can recognize if you place further orders. Finally we use a cookie when you make a "Search" on our site, to remember the results, so you can be presented with them again if you go back to the results.
