MALAWI is a special, complete flake food for East African Malawi (Nyasa) cichlids of the mbuna group.

A multi-ingredient food produced from top quality, selected natural components and corresponding to the biological value of the food eaten by these cichlids in nature. The optimally balanced formula, based on analysis of Malawi mbuna diets, ensures that this food fully meets the nutritional requirements of these cichlids when kept in the aquarium.

MALAWI is enriched with L-carnitine (which regulates lipid metabolism), Spirulina, and stabilised vitamin C which reinforces the immune system. Fish become less confrontational when systematically fed with our food. The food is especially recommended for females after the long fast associated with the mouthbrooding period, and rapidly restores them to good condition so they are able to spawn again.

MALAWI is so palatable that it is readily accepted even by freshly imported Malawi cichlids of the mbuna group.
