Tetra PlecoWafers are specifically formulated to meet the needs of fish that prefer to graze on food items, or that are shy and like to feed at night.

They are suitable for all herbivorous fish, especially plecostomus ("suckermouth") catfish. They are also suitable for feeding to other large herbivores, such as Silver Dollars.

PlecoWafers are enriched with vegetable matter to make them ideal for herbivores. In addition, they are made using Tetra´s unique extrusion process, meaning they are easy to eat, yet remain stable in the water for long periods, thus allowing plecostomus to graze naturally.

Ideally, feed only as much as your fish will consume within 20 minutes. If your plecostomus only feed after dark, add PlecoWafers after the lights have been switched off. As a guide, offer one wafer per 10-15cm plecostomus, or break them in half for smaller fish.

Tetra Variety Wafers consist of two types of wafer -
one for herbivores, and one for all other fish.

They are easy to eat, yet remain stable for long periods, allowing all bottom feeding fish, including nocturnal ones, to feed. As they are smaller than traditional wafers, more can be added, thus reducing competition for them.

Tetra Variety Wafers are produced using Tetras unique
extrusion process, meaning that the resultant wafers are very easy to eat, yet they remain stable for long periods. This allows nocturnal, or more timid species, time to feed.

Add as much as your fish can consume within 20 minutes,
or in the case of nocturnal species add a few wafers prior to turning the lights out.

Larger tropical fish, such as cichlids and large barbs, find it harder to eat small flakes.

Tetra DoroMin is a stick food that contains all of the goodness of TetraMin, in a form that is easy for large fish to eat.

The sticks soften on contact with the water, making them highly palatable, but do not fall apart like some inferior foods.

Many fish, such as barbs, cichlids, angelfish, and discus, prefer to feed from food in the water column, rather than from the surface.
