Rinse foam monthly or as needed to retain biological activity
Rinse in aged aquarium water
Fluval Foam will deteriorate over time causing a collapse of the pore structure and rapid clogging
Replace foams alternately to maintain biological activity

Use Fluval Water Polishing Pads when cloudy water occurs, or after tank maintenance, for crystal clear water
