We quote from their letter of the 28th November 2006 :
"With all this in mind, we have decided on the following solutions effective from the 1st December 2006
* We do not support 'internet only' dealers or auction sites because we feel that this route to market is not best suited for a technical product line such as ours
* E.A. will only accept orders for Nexus/Easy Pods from dealers who currently have them running on a live pond for demonstration purposes. Therefore anyone who has not got an in-store demonstration unit should contact their key account manager before taking any more orders
* All dealers and staff must be fully trained on E.A. products by us
* The products must be displayed in a professional manner and dealers must provide quality after sales service to their customers "
Whilst this letter applies to sales of Nexus/Easy pond filter units primarily, we feel that this by inference is a slur on the ability of Internet Only Retailers to offer any of their products at a competitive price, together with un-biased professional advice and a top quality after-sales service.
As a result, we have decided not to offer any of Evolution Aqua products for purchase from our site
