Need your JBL CO2 gas bottle refilling? We can arrange for it to be refilled at a reasonable charge How Do You Do It? 1. Order refill from our catalogue and complete order 2. Send empty bottle back to us with your details and order number from new refill order (This is at your cost, and must be a JBL original bottle) 3. Refilled bottle will then be sent back to you under the refill order under our usual terms & conditions which may include carriage charges 4. Changeover timescale may be up to 3 weeks as we have to return bottle to our suppliers for it to be refilled. However, we normally have a spare stock of full bottles in our warehouse so we can send out a new full bottle to you as soon as we receive your empty one. We can then get your old bottle refilled at our leisure to go back into our stock pool Please Note : If you send back an empty bottle which is not readily identifiable as being a JBL item, we reserve the right not to refill it, and not to return it to you unless you cover the carriage charges involved

How it works

This system is designed to supply any aquarium with a safe, economical, and efficient method of providing nature's most powerful carbon source for plants. Employing a natural fermentation process for CO₂ eliminates the need for inconvenient pressurized cylinders. It allows quick, easy, and affordable refills of ingredients to provide continuous CO₂ for a 3-4 week period. The special fermentation canister was developed to support consistent carbon dioxide output.

Designed with Safety in mind

The fermentation process creates pressure, which in turn pushes the CO₂ bubbles into the aquarium. A patented "Pressure - Release Safety Cover" was designed to prevent the internal pressure in the canister from exceeding safe levels.

The System:

All-natural Activator and Stabilizer ingredients are added to sugar and water in the Fermentation Canister.
Once sealed, fermentation commences. As CO₂ forms, pressure builds, creating CO₂ bubbles that travel through CO₂ -resistant tubing into the aquarium.
There, the bubbles encounter the CO₂ Bubble Counter/Diffuser, the key to efficient CO₂ diffusion into the water. The CO₂ bubble follows a patented 3-Dimensional, extended path. As it travels within the unique matrix, the bubble becomes smaller and smaller, finally disappearing almost entirely. This indicates that CO₂ has fully dissipated into the water.

The Activator contains specially selected micro-organisms which trigger alcoholic fermentation of the sugar and create reliable production of CO₂.
The Stabilizer slows down and prolongs reaction time, to support consistent performance.

This set provides everything the aquarist needs for a good and quick start with CO2 fertilisation in his aquarium.

The Dupla CO2 Set Delta includes the pressure reducer fitting Delta complete with 100 bar pressure gauge. The fitting Delta reduces the cylinder pressure from approx. 60 bar, to a constant working pressure of 1 bar.

The CO2 Set Delta also includes a CO2 atomiser (with integrated non-return valve) which evenly distributes the CO2 gas within the water, the permanent CO2 visual test, and all necessary tubing etc.
